Wet Sunday

Father’s Day

I arrived to fish the Upper Water at about 19:30 and there were a few small fish rising as I tackled up. Then I noticed a large nose sipping in a fly and my first cast with my size 16 flymph, I had my first fish of the evening. The river looked great and there …

Spendid Day

10:00 – Another splendid day to be by the river, Pale Wateries are already hatching, Mayflies will join in this afternoon and last evening there was a great spinner fall. The forecast for the next few days is for very warm weather and the river looks perfect, so now is the best time to enjoy …

Mayfly

Weather forecast is for another warm day 18-19c and the mayfly are still hatching. There are reports of a good number of Members out enjoying the hatches.
